Papers (not exceeding 4 pages) in the form of a PDF file may be submitted by email to loeliger@isi.ee.ethz.ch. Expect a confirmation of our receiving your paper within three workdays.
It is recommended to format the paper as described below.
The final version of accepted papers (including invited papers), formatted as described below and IEEE Xplore-compatible, may be submitted by email to loeliger@isi.ee.ethz.ch. Make sure your message contains the paper number in the subject line. Expect a confirmation of our receiving your paper within three workdays.
For each paper, a completed and duly signed IEEE Copyright Form must be faxed to +41 44 632 1208.

In addition, the paper must be an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF file. Compatibility should be checked by IEEE PDF eXpress, which offers also conversion of some formats (including Microsoft Word) to compatible PDF. Log in to IEEE PDF eXpress with the Conference ID "izs08".
A common problem with IEEE Xplore-compatibility is missing fonts. Make sure that all fonts are embedded. (In some cases, printing a PDF to a PostScript file, and then creating a new PDF with Acrobat Distiller, may do the trick.)
