Hotel reservations should be received before January 25, 2004. All requests received after this deadline will be handled on a first-come-first-served basis. Please pay for the hotel accommodation directly at the hotel desk before departure. Information about hotels in Zurich with special IZS 2004 hotel room rates is available here. Upon download of the hotel reservation form, you have to fill in the latter and send it to the hotel of your choice. All rates are in Swiss Francs (CHF) incl. breakfast, service and tax. In case you book without this form please mention that you are a participant of the IZS International Zurich Seminar organised by ETH in order to get the special room rates. All hotels are within 10 to 20 minutes walking distance from the conference location. However, as the conference location is located uphill from most hotels, one might consider to use a tram. The tram trip requires approximately 15 minutes. Day passes are available either at the conference registration desk or at the ticket machines at each tram stop.
