About IZS 2016

The International Zurich Seminar on Communications (IZS) is a biennial conference with technical presentations in the broad area of telecommunications. The 24th IZS will be held from Wednesday, March 2, through Friday, March 4, 2016, at the Hotel Zürichberg overlooking Zurich.

The IZS is an opportunity to learn from and to communicate with leading experts in areas beyond one's own specialty. As in 2004, 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012, and 2014, roughly half of the presentations will be invited by external session organizers. No parallel sessions are anticipated, and all papers should be presented with a wide audience in mind.

The IZS is organized by the IEEE Switzerland Chapter on Digital Communication Systems in collaboration with ETH Zurich.
